Korean BBQ Chicken

One of my favorite things to make for meal prep.
For the cucumber salad, the recipe is below.

1-2 medium size cucumbers
Chopped garlic
3 tsp of gochujang paste
3 tsp of honey
2 tbsp of rice vinaigrette
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce

Mix all together and enjoy! I like to keep mine in a jar and eat throughout the week.
